I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I have waited over a month for my order, and have received NO response to my information requests. I have already PAID for my order, but have not received it, nor have I been able to get information about my order from customer service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I had purchased product over one month ago to which I have not yet recieved. I was not given an notification with regards to any delays of my order and purchase. I had to take time out of my own schedule and called into the office asking about my product. I was informed that there was some technical difficulties and delay's and was told my product was being rushed delivered. To this date I still do not have my product but Pure Health has my money.

I had a good experience with Pure Health.I like that they do not add any fillers to there products which is very hard to find these days!!!!!I would and will use them again and recommend them to family and friends!!!!!

I ordered my product a month and a half ago and still have not received it. My coworker ordered hers days after me and got hers. I have called and left messages, sent emails and get no response. This comapny has my money and I have no product. I am registering a complaint with the BBB immediately and trying to get my money back through paypal.

I am very disapointed. Not only did not never recieve my order from you after giving you my visa number on line, but I sent two emails asking for an update, and did not hear back That was on May 3. it is Now June 12

Ordered on line, over a month ago, have not received order or any documentation, cannot get in touch with customer service. phone numbers never get answered, believe this whole process is a scam. Would someone please do something/. thank you

thank you i didn't mind being patient as long as i knew my product was coming to me... i definitly would buy from you again just a word of advice since i was reading all the post ,maybe next time you just put a nice responsive greeting on a telephone recording so this way people wont get so frantic lol ,but you did a wonderful job! and i was taking the green coffee bean pill for a week and lost 6lbs. and 3 inches everywhere so i'm completely satisfied good luck with your buisness!

I have taken 10 days worth of 800 mg a day and I have not lost but 1 pound. I am very disappointed. I would like to knw if I can return the last 2 bottles that I purchased of the 4 and get a refund. I am an 80 year old woman and on a fixed income. Thanking you in advance.
