I'm thrilled with this product. I have noticied a considerable difference in my weight and inches and have not changed my diet/exercise routine.

I placed my order more than a month ago and still have not received the product. Therefore, my opinion is that they are horrible to do business with.

If it were not for the Facebook page where I saw so very many complaints from others, I would have simply cancelled my order since I STILL have yet to hear from anyone in this company. I understand they were backed up on orders, but even a printed note in my order thanking me for my patience would have gone a long way. Will I ever order from them again? Not if I can find the same product somewhere else at a comparable price.

I would recommend this company to everyone who wants perfect service and for items not found elsewhere. They are one of the best!

slow on getting orders out and then just sending part of the order, still waiting

With my second order from this company I ordered three bottles of pure green coffee bean extract, since they only carry 30-pill bottles. They charged me for the three bottles but only sent me two bottles (with the packing ship stating "3"). I sent them an e-mail on the 2nd of June; it's now the14th and they have not responded nor have I received the third bottle.

The price compared to buying a local Walmart is very dramatic when you add shipping and the retaail price. Time will tell if this is a good product.
