I was impressed by the time of delivery and the user friendly internet purchase process. thank you!

I have just started the green coffee bean pills and so far they seem to work. The service was faster than expected. Happy Customer :)

Received a substitution that I wasn't aware of! Not happy with this product I received!

I ordered 4 bottles of the Green Coffee bean extract on April 28th, I am still waiting to get them today, June 14th, 2012. Emily Johnston of Be-Well purehealth contacted me on the 7th of June after I sent in a query asking why I had not received my order. I sent her my paypal slip saying I paid for 4 bottles and have not heard back from her since. I ordered this product to help me get ready for a show, it never came, now I'm hoping to be ready for my daughter's wedding and still nothing. I will now have to contact paypal and complain about this... I had high hopes when they contacted me but when I sent them the proof, not a word....I consider this rude and theft, They have had my money since April 28th and I have NOTHING to show for it.... I think the web site is very attractive, the product offered at a reasonable price. Love the free shipping! I expected faster delivery.

I was worried after 3 weeks went by, but voila! there it was.

My first order of Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract took several weeks to arrive but that was right after it appeared on Dr. Oz. Since then delivery has been timely. I have not had any weight loss yet but am 67 and sedentary. I'm going to give it a month or so to see if I get any results.

I have been jipped out of money and they do not answer the phone.....phony company!!!!!!!!!!!!
