Calls did not get through, and emails were not getting responded to. But I can say that we are back to normal now. If you did place another order with us, it would ship out within 24hrs. Thank you so much for your order. I understand that it’s been a while since you’ve contacted us but we are doing everything we can to follow up with everyone who’s ordered with us during our busiest time. I am showing that your order was shipped on 5/26 and it was delivered 6/16 via UPS. I understand that it took a long time to get your package, and we apoligize for the delay. A package that ships to Canada did take 10-14 buisness days to get there, the extra time it took could have been a delay at customs. I can assure you our shipping times won't be as long.
