My order was placed and processed in a timely manner. This is not my first purchase from Pure Health but it won't be my last as they are very reliable and efficient!

I cannot use my product because apparently the post office delivered it to the wrong address. I paid for my product and neither you nor the post office will help me. USPS said "they delivered it" but I didn't get it so apparently they are STILL inept and delivered it to the wrong address!!!! Use UPS for crying out loud! They post the EXACT ADDRESS where stuff is delivered - not only the ZIP CODE!!!! Will never purchase from you again.

I am happy and now I have real Pure Health. I love the price and pureness of the products.

The product I am trying so far I have had no good results. In fact instead of loosing weight I have gained 4 pounds. I have not changed my diet and I don't eat excessively it has only been a week so I will give it more time. But of course right now I am not happy!!! .

My overall experience was good, although I didn't receive a full tracking number to track my package. However, I was impressed to receive a personal email when I had a question.

I am very satified with the Pure Health products I have purchased and the customer service is very helpful and kind. The web-site gives you all of the information you need for each product so you can understand all of the helpful benefits and the effects. The product discriptions are easy too understand, written in large print so they are easy to read. I plan on being a long term customer.

My first shipment was lost, but after talking with a great customer service rep. I was sent my order. This is a great company to buy from and be able to trust if something goes wrong. Highly Recommended.
