I was charged for a 90-count bottle of raspberry ketones but was sent a 30-count bottle. Purehealth immediately sent out the correct sized bottle and were very apologetic. I will give the company my business again in the future.

I've been waiting for a month for something that should have arrived, according to the customer service representative, in two weeks. When I email them about my problem, they completely ignore me. Requesting a refund from paypal.

It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 9 business days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. My personal experience with PureHealth is that they stay in the forefront of what we need, and have not charged and arm & leg for us to purchase. I have been helped with the Goji juice, and forgot I purchased the green coffee bean product which I just found in the draw and will start tomorrow. The service with this company has been good, and when they have run out and are themselves in pressure, I have been sent a small gift of one of their products to help reassure me that they care and it is coming. Pure Health products and 100 percent pure. They offer the best prices compared to anyone online or in stores. Shipping was very fast for regular shipping. The only problem I had was that on their website they claimed that with any two items purchased, shipping would be free. But when I completed my order I was charged $3.00 for shipping. I did have to call to get my $3.00 credited back to my account. I will order from them again in the future.
