I'm always a bit timid to order online, however, my experience with Pure Health was more than satisfactory. I got an excellent product at the best price I have been able to find anywhere. I will definitely refer them to my friends.

Love the product, but it took forever to get to Canada. I ordered it on October 1st and just received it today. (October 22nd).

Hi Nancy, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I just wanted to take a moment to explain the delay with your package. Our normal shipping time to Canada is 14 business days. At the beginning of October we still had a slight delay with getting packages mailed out due to the sheer volume of orders we were getting for the Green Coffee Bean with Svetol. I am very sorry about your wait, and I assure you that if you were to place another order from us. The shipping time would be back to normal. Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health and your purchase. Sincerly, Brent

I received the package within just a few days and it was in good shape. Am assuming the product is as satisfactory as the service.

They said the item was shipped out on the 12th; it is now the 22nd and still nothing. I've had items shipped from Hong Kong get here faster than this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Michele, I just wanted to follow up with your review and give you some information about your order. I did some checking and according to your Ups-mi tracking info (#9102969007164885991594) Your package arrived at your local Post office in Charoltte and has not moved. I am not sure of why this has happened. There may have been a problem with its delivery or an issue with the package. Either way I am confident that if you call your local post office with the tracking number listed above. You would be able to arrange delivery of the package. I am very sorry for this inconvience and again I wish I had a better answer why it has not left the post office. Thank you very much for your purchase and if you would like to speak with us about the package, just give us a call at 1888-3be-well. Sincerly, Brent from Pure Health.

Just wish they would mail my product to the mailing address and not the street address. The system won't just take a mailing address and doesn't seem to acknowledge when I make a comment either. Otherwise I don't have an issue.
