Hi Tekla, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 9 business days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you.
