Excellent customer service
I ordered a wedding ring set only to receive it and realize it was not exactly what I wanted and David was very helpful in sending me, not only a return label but also sending me pictures of other rings, so hopefully the next one will be exactly what I had in mind. Don’t hesitate to purchase from PureGems

It was easy
It was easy. I picked out a ring and I got in a reasonable amount of time considering where it comes from. The ring is beautiful, she loved it. I will buy from Pure Gems Jewels again.

My fiancée loves her ring
My fiancée loves her ring. It got here pretty quick. The only downside was, it couldn't be delivered to my exact location. I had to drive 2 hours to pick it up. But it was all worth it. To see my fiancée smile was all that mattered.
