Discover card issued back the $500...they didn't understand our agreement .therefore I only received $500...not $1000..I emailed you this situation...with no reply....case not settled

The condition, and the loving care my kitten got!!

We love our maine coon kitten from Purebred Kitties! You can tell he was well cared for and loved based off of his personality. Maria loves and cares for her customers and her kitties. We had some difficulties with the airlines (not her fault) and she was nothing but kind, thoughtful, and she personally took care of the impossible situation that the airlines put us in. She is amazing and her kittens are the best! I fully trust her and her company. Thank you for all you did for us and for giving us our special boy <3

This cat is dumb and was not house broken when we got him! No reason he shouldn’t be using a litter box when we got him at 16 weeks old!!! Completely disappointed and out $3,000! And the pedigree we received was a dark photocopied piece of garbage! Who knows if he’s even purebred! We will be getting a DNA test done

We are so thankful and blessed to have found Purebred Kitties. Adopted a female sphinx kitten on 12/19/22. Excellent communication from breeder and kitten is healthy and has a wonderful personality! (Our family vet examined her.) Kitten is playful, smart, and very sweet. She loves people. Purchase was secure and we picked up our kitten in person. I would recommend this breeder to anyone looking for a kitten. They are wonderful.

Communication is the first thing I'd like to comment on: Purebred Kitties has excellent communication from breeders. They responded to my inquiry within a couple of minutes, offered video chatting with the kittens I was interested in, answered all of my questions, etc. They were not out to make money, as they questioned what I was specifically looking for in a companion/pet and recommended other breeds/breeders. The treatment I'm referring to that is top tier is treatment of the kittens and treatment of the customers. My fears of being scammed and of getting a kitten with poor health were laid to rest. My lil guy was pampered before and during his travel. He was very well groomed (freshly bathed, well-dremeled nails, clean ears, eyes, paws, etc.) and he was dressed cozily in a new sweater and put on an absorbent pad in his carrier. I was provided with food & litter to ease his adjustment. Overall, WORTH THE PRICE I paid. Best experience getting a new baby possible. I intended on returning and highly recommend this service to my friends/family.

The only reason I'm giving more than 1 star is because I love this cat more than life itself. I bought him in the spring of 2021. However, I was over charged for a cat that is not the right breed. I'm not sure what he is, but he is clearly not a pure bred as he was supposed to be a sphynx and he has a significant amount of fur. I have another sphynx cat and I know some of them develop a short coat, typically within the winter, but the amount of fur he has is far from a sphynx coat. Based on the wavy texture he has, I assume he is a Devon Rex mix I should have paid significantly less for him. Other than the fact that this is not the cat I ordered, he also developed FIP which after vet costs and the off-market cure, was well over 10K. The FIP I don't blame the breeder for as it is just a risk of a cat from a cattery. However, Devon Rex's are more likely to get FIP and had I known he wasn't a sphynx, I would have done the research and it would have been diagnosed earlier. I'm only slightly annoyed that this ended up not being a sphynx because it just means I have to take more allergy meds but that's a minor inconvenience to how much I love the cat, I'm upset that I wasn't told it was a different breed and that while I couldn't have prevented it, I could have been on the look out for FIP and I would have caught it earlier and it would have saved thousands of dollars, but more importantly I could have treated it before he was in pain and I wouldn't have had my own emotional pain of trying to figure out how to save his life because I would have known much earlier. By the time he was diagnosed, my vet give him an estimate of days to weeks.
