I received my cat yesterday. Everything went exactly as I had been initially told without any hidden fees or other surprises. Ricardo was born in Romania. He arrived in the states two weeks ago and was air freighted to us with his pet passport, a vet health certificate, appropriate vaccines, a rabies shot, and he had been dewormed and microchipped. I have nothing but good things to say about this service.

Purebred Kitties is absolutely amazing. I’m not going to lie. I was a tad skeptical at first, but I was quickly comforted by Maria and Alona with the process of getting my Maine Coon kitty. They both were very informative, and answered all of my questions. I love how the cats come fully vaccinated, and micro chipped. I picked up my kitty, which was about a 2 Hour drive for me, but worth it. My little man is doing so well, I’ve had him for a few weeks & he is slowly but surely adjusting very well. They’re so amazing with the way they care for the kitty before hand, sending me off with a wee wee pad and some food & litter. I can’t wait to buy another kitty from them, hopefully soon! Love them & have been referring my friends to them as well.

Mari is very personable and makes the experience easy and stress free! I told her what I wanted in a cat and she brought tons of options to my attention! Pickup is coming up soon and I cannot wait!

I got my sphynx kitty and he is amazing!! I love him to death. The communication was a little off and I didn’t hear from them for awhile after I payed for him. He did come with an ear infection and giardia but besides that he’s amazing!

I have to admit that this was a real nail biting experience for me. I don't trust much of anything on the internet especially if it involves a lot of money. After I paid the deposit, I got a couple of auto-generated forms to fill out and then heard nothing else. I spent several days leaving messages through every source available asking for someone to call me but it never happened. After about a week I finally got a couple of responses which made me feel a little better. The closer it got to my pick up date, the more communication I received. I think it's important for the staff to know that an internet expenditure of this size creates a lot of anxiety in the buyer come and they should be more forthcoming with personal communication all the way throughout, not just right before the deal is to be closed. Regardless of all of this, I received the most beautiful kitten I have ever seen today, and I could not be happier. I will be taking her to my own vet on Monday just to confirm all of the information that I received from Alona at the pickup. I can't imagine what it must take to get kittens flown in and then take care of them for days, and then get them delivered. My girl is a tiny bit skittish right now, but I'm sure that will tone down as she realizes that she won't be passing through any more strangers hands. Thanks to Purebred Kitties for making me realize that my fears were groundless, and adding this priceless family member to our home.

We received our kitten yesterday and he is dejightful! Maria and Alona coordinated the shipping. Everything went well. My only concern was the level of communication. I became concerned that this was a scam because I was not getting routine updates from the staff. On the day before I was expecting our kitten, I had to contact Maria a couple of times to find out when he would be arriving. She got in touch with the adoption team and got things moving. Since there is a problem with scammers for Maine Coon kittens, I would recommend that you set up routine updates with your customers to ease their minds. Thank you for our beautiful kitten. He is a delight.
