Hi at first, I thought, it was a scam because now a day you have to be so careful but when I started communicating it made me feel more comfortable and safer. I also like the fast response. But I think that once the person purchases' the pet they should send up dates and like pictures and video's of the kitten to see his or her progress instead of the person having to ask for it other than that everything has been good I will write my experience when I fly to pick up my baby Peter.

Received my Maine Coon in October. Cat was kinda sick when we accepted him but it got progressively worse. Thus far $1,344 in vet bills. Cat has been diagnosed with tapeworms, giardiasis, eye infection, herpesvirus and mycoplasma. Purebred refuses to reimburse us for any vet bills and will not return thus far 7 calls. They actually blocked my son"s phone. If you buy a cat from this BROKER and it's sick your OUT OF LUCK. Check out the posts from Carlos Hernandez and Joyce Bidwell. They are true as the same thing happened to us. There are plenty of reputable breeders out there that treat their customers right. really wish I found one before I did business with purebred

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !! My Maine Coon was delivered in October of 2023. Upon delivery it was questionable if our cat SUSHI was healthy but thought and hoped it was because of the trip. Well it got worse. Three vet visits later my Cat has been diagnosed with tapeworms, giardia, eye infection, herpesvirus and mycoplasma. There was one night we actually thought we were going to lose him. Currently my vet bills are $1,344. My vet also suspects a genetic heart issue due to his size. EKG will cost $750. We found out later that this cat was shipped from the Ukraine. WOW, sure that country presently has very strict regulations on cat breeders. When we contacted Maria she outright refused to reimburse us for the bills. They hope and know that after caring for the animal you fall in love with it and you just know it will be euthanized and another one will be put through this horror and shipped to you. Also she said the cat probably got sick after we got him. My vet outright contested that and is presently providing us documentation proving it. Now comes the concerning part....They blocked my son's phone and have not returned any of my 7 calls. Finally did get through to Kim who was very empathic to our situation but also never got back to me and after 3 phone calls to her realized she also was like Maria...they just don't care after they get your money. This is their MO Read Carlos Hernandez post....did the exact same thing to him. Read the 2 other reviews from Carlos Hernandez and Joyce Bidwell. They are TRUE and in I wish I paid attention to them. I have reported them to Animal Welfare, and Delaware Animal services and not done yet. I am taking legal actions. THIS IS JUST WRONG AND ACTUALLY CRUEL

Great experience! Maria kept us up to date and stayed in touch the whole time. Rosa came in and she was exactly what we were hoping for. Awesome experience overall Would highly recommend!

Purebred Kitties made the adoption process so easy. I never felt like I was in the dark at any point, which I found so helpful. Alona was genuine, kind, and answered all of my questions in a timely manor. I really appreciate everyone's help in bringing our new baby home, he's loved so much already!

They are great with staying in touch with you during the whole process. I would Highly recommend them if you are looking for a Main coon kitten.
