Honestly, I havent noticed any positive or negative changes since taking this everyday for two weeks. I'd say zero benefit from this product so far. I probably would not order or recommend.

Shilajit is by far my favourite product that I have ever tried. It gives me a lot of energy, mental calm and improved mental clarity. I have tried a few different shilajit products and in my experience, the quality and effectiveness of purblack shilajit can't be beat. I have recommended it to a few of my friends who also only have good things to say about it. Would definitely recommend.

So far, nothing to really complain about except the price. Will be a bit cheaper next time since I don't need to purchase the scale in subsequent purchases. I ordered the product and it came in a reasonable time.
