Just started with taking Shilajit after stumbling across it while reading. I chose to start with Purblack,even though it has a higher price point than other brands, because I wanted genuine, purified shilajit that wasn’t adulterated or had anything done to reduce its efficacy in the name of offering a cheap price. It’s only been about 10 days and so far so good. The taste is just what you would expect for a supplement like this - very earthy and potent. I will be seeing how I feel in comparison for a self appointed 6 month trial period ( I have found that with any supplements, time will tell and stopping too soon does not let the body adapt or benefit). This is a lot longer than it is said that you should start noticing effects, but for me, it will let me decide on whether I will incorporate Shilajit into my lifestyle. If shilajit turns out to be something I will continue taking long-term, then I will absolutely stay with Purblack. No need to try other brands when all evidence shows that they are selling the real product- not an inferior, cut blend that may have heavy metals in it.

Thanks so much for the great review Charity. Hope to hear from you in six months :) As far as taste goes I add a little Organic Honey to every cup of Shilajit i brew. Chamomile and Green Tea go great as well.

I have nothing but great reviews for PurBlack. Where do I start? The first thing I noticed almost immediately was that a few minutes after taking it, my allergy symptoms disappeared. Then, I noticed that my constant lower back pain is gone within a few minutes of taking it and the effect lasts until late in the evening. A third thing I noticed is that my energy level has definitely gone up. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks now.

I took a leap of faith with this product when I just happened to find it one day online. It is one of the best decisions I have made to date. Not only do I already feel like my memory is sharper, but I can also feel my energy levels building day by day. Time almost seems to be slowing down I get that much done throughout the day!
