Great product , energy is back what I was lacking

I'm only on Day 3 and this Pürblack Live Resin is amazing..Immediately after i ingested it i felt a surge of energy.. (and i took less than the pea size they recommended)..I usually crash in the afternoons (i don't drink caffeine) so i must take a short nap or be extremely tired the rest of the day..But with PLR i had a sustained energy and alertness until i went to bed..I slept better and got up more alert..I'm hoping after many weeks the PLR takes care of some inflammation issues i have as i am a top level senior tennis player ..This is a game changer for me.

I will write my review again, since maybe it hasn't been clear and the customer service and owner of this company seem to not take negative feedback well at all when their mistakes and poor service has been undeniable. I emailed customer service right after I placed my order asking if they could add a note to my order and they replied that they had already shipped it and didn't include a note but had included a purscale. I thought it was strange for them to say that because i thought it was included in the description of the product on their website and included in the price stated on the website. To my surprise, the poorly designed website leads you to think that the jar includes the purscale in the pictures you are shown of what you are buying and the product description, but you have to buy it separately (I see this has been finally modified on their website with pictures with no purscale). A few days later, the order was delivered and there was no purscale. I continued to email customer service for over a week to ask what had happened with the purscale and why I didn't get it but I got no reply; until I decided to leave a one star review saying that the customer service was slow and bad, even though the product was good. I suddenly got a reply from customer service telling me that my order did not include a purscale because I only paid $89.00, even though they had told me they had included it in the email. They also pressured me to delete the one star review I previously left and said they would send a free purscale, like they had promised in their email. They also lied and said that they had replied several times within that week and I told them I would gladly remove the negative review if they sent me proof of those replies, because that would mean it was miscommunication and not terrible customer service. They never sent any proof because there were no replies. I was then contacted by the director of the company by phone and he said I had extorted a purscale out of them. He didn't know anything about the situation or how his customer service team had promised a purscale right after I placed my order, but he kept trying to justify the whole situation and insisted that I was extorting them. I told him I would send proof of the email where they said they had included a purscale and that I had no problem paying for it if it was such a big problem. Even after I sent proof of his own customer service emails, the owner failed to acknowledge or take any responsibility for the lies, accusations and extremely poor customer service. The problem with my experience was not getting or not getting a purscale. It was the replies, lack of replies, accusations from customer service and pressure to delete truthful reviews that made it a terrible experience. The owner and staff of this company see complaints as "unjustified hostility" and fail to recognize their mistakes. I can honestly say that this is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had with a luxury, expensive product and it's a shame that honest negative reviews are met with such hostility and defensiveness and no acknowledgment whatsoever. I also want to clarify that I have proof of everything I have said here in case there is any attempt to deny or discredit it in any way or resort to even more unfounded accusations. Purblack answer: Dear A, We don't do well with people who we believe, try to extort us for free product. We wish you well, but please stay away from Pürblack. We are not going to be threatened or intimidated by anybody who uses negativity to get free stuff. We suggest that to start with your publish your real name to make this review crawlable by Google so that it would always come up. Don't be a coward placing anonymous reviews, show your real name to the world. This way it will be fair and public so that all would know the nature of this dirt you are dumping on us. SHAME ON YOU!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What this company has done is a prime example of gaslighting. Accepting negative feedback with humbleness and acknowledging mistakes when you make one is one of the best traits a company can have. It is evident that the unfounded accusations and ridiculousness continues from this company. You tried to report my review on trustpilot and trustpilot decided it was a fair review with the evidence I provided, so they denied your request. Then you come up with this ridiculous answer. I will say it once again, LET ME KNOW WHERE I CAN PAY FOR YOUR "PURSCALE". It is laughable that all you can do to justify your poor service and lies is to resort to ad hominem attacks. I don't want anything free from your company, in fact, after doing more research, I had to personally get rid of your product. I have tried several shilajit brands and I strongly recommend others to look for a better option and to really check the loopholes in this company's claims on heavy metal content!

Excellent product, feeling energy boost right away.

I ordered on 12 may 2019 still waiting for order confirmation or shipment details . Poor customer service.

This product is absolutely packed with trace minerals and has some amazing health benefits. It is also highly recommended to decalcify your pineal gland so I didn’t want to pass it up, as Purblack cake highly recommended by a friend. I have had so much more energy and focus since starting the product and am excited to see how much more my cognition and help will improve after taking this product for some time. Customer service is amazing, very prompt and courteous and also sent me some free product as part of a special promotion, which is amazing! I would highly recommend this product to anyone and will keep ordering from this company as it seems to be the highest quality as far as Shilajit resin goes.

Tastes like ashes, sleep has gotten better, im quicker on my feet and have minimal symptoms of a cold that everyone else around me is suffering the worst of.

This is the best shilajeet i ever came across. I felt an instant boost in physical energy level. My brain seems like became a computer. I was worried about my performance in office. But just in two days, i feel so different and so better that i have to say that this is a wonder medicine which everyone should use. The Purblack is pure and has power which one realizes after using very first time.No i am suggesting to all my colleagues and friends.
