My body can tell the difference when I am taking purblack as a supplement or not. I feel noticeably more energized, clear, focused and all-around "in-tune". This supplement is worth the price, as optimal wellness is truly priceless.

I rarely write reviews. I feel this is worth sharing in case it can help others the way it has helped me overcome depression, low energy, and mental fog. I have been using PÜRBLACK for about 2 months now, in gradually increasing doses. I have noticed a significant overall feeling of wellbeing... less inflammation, greater strength, more clear minded. Within this time, I have also been able to eliminate the (9 year) antidepressant prescription from my routine...successfully so now for 2.5 months. Feeling better everyday in the field, the gym, and the daily work routine. I have decided to make this the main pilar to my supplement program, and I continue to recommend this to anyone who is looking for higher quality of life and renewed vigor. Just to set appropriate context... I follow a mostly whole food diet, intermittent fasting, and workout 4-6 days a week.

I started taking Purblack three (3) days ago and I noticed within two hours of taking my first dose there was a distinct increase in my mental clarity as well as overall energy level. Over the last three years I have had difficulty sleeping and staying asleep. By my second day on Purblack, taking two doses per day, my sleep has greatly improved and I am not waking up during the night - which is great ! My attention span while reading as improved as well. Given my initial results, I anticipate that there will be a number of areas where I will experience an increased level of overall physical well-being. I am a very active 72 year old Baby Boomer and my ability to get a lot of things done on a daily basis is very important to me so I truly appreciate it when I find a supplement that, right out of the gate, can stand solidly on its own hype.
