Customer service has been very responsive. I registered the product with them and also requested the COA. In both cases the company responded quickly. I have had no issue.

I have tried and use a wide variety of supplements. Some outright have no discernible effect and others do. Over the years my motto has become when purchasing and continuing with a supplement is simply, "does the provide the best bang for my buck". I tried Purblack and felt it working especially as I suffer from inadequate sleep. The clarity, focus and ability to continue throughout the day while sleep deprived was no placebo effect.

Hi D. Thank you for the feedback. Purblack helps with sleep and energy too. That is why it is best taken in the morning. It gives you energy to get your through the day efficiently with focus and ability. Naturally, as the night comes, your body natural sleep rhythm begins and your body slowly corrects itself for rest. It is a wonderful feeling and many has benefited from shilajit's ability to help with sleep irregularity. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Purblack shilajit is hands down the best in the market. It's intense, pure and incredibly powerful. The flavor is like an earthy, smoked tea and you feel the effects fairly quickly. Total game changer.
