Very responsive to phone calls but I wish that puppy spot would have sent more info regarding the puppy's weight ,degree of potty training ,and essential issues that come up in puppy care . This way I could have been better prepared for my puppy. Delivery personnel were very good.

My experience finding Finn I…
My whole experience from day one when I found my puppy to the delivery was amazing. Good communication for the last two weeks until I got my pup. Premier Transportation delivered my baby safely and right on time, exactly as they said. The whole experience was top notch! I would highly recommend Puppy Spot for you next pup!! Thank Puppy Spot for helping me find my new baby "Finnigan"

My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent, they answered all my questions and was very informative during the whole process. The delivery service was spot on they communicated with me during this process

This is the first time that I buy a…
This is the first time that I buy a puppy online ,the moment I made the transaction I received a call from you guys for the next steps,and you follow up with emails and phone calls,I had many questions and you were always available, on the health screen my puppy had an overbite which was resolved but you informed me and gave the choice to get another puppy.The puppy arrived healthy and we are very happy for our baby.
