I purchased my third Maltese from you. It took several arrangements for her transport to me due to bad weather, the length of the flight and her being too small. After canceling all of them you were to transport her with a chaperone. I was told it would be another two days but that wasn’t true. After not hearing from anyone I called and was told it would take at least two weeks. I asked to have a manager contact me. In the meantime I spent $700 to fly to the breeder and pick her up. As of today I still haven’t heard from a manager to discuss this issue. Very disappointed!! Please have a manager contact me. Linda Olson Pahrump NV 775-513-6751

I was so skeptical of picking a puppy out online. It’s not the way I have ever gotten a dog before. My puppy consultant was wonderful and very helpful in coordinating everything from easing my mind about the process to the logistics of travel for our new love. After the purchase was completed there were a few miscommunications about travel dates. Part of this was due to the fact that we did all this around the holidays. That definitely complicated things. Beyond that my experience was really above and beyond what I expected. We now have a wonderfully loving, smart, healthy puppy.

We love our puppy but the customer service was TOUGH! We first got sold (money went through) a puppy that was purchased by someone else, and we were told we couldn't have the puppy. Then after we found a new puppy, we were told she could arrive on a certain date, and we asked the puppy manager if this was certain, since we were changing our international flights to get home earlier for the pup! Then, after we changed our flights and cut our family vacation short, we were told she in fact COULD NOT fly home earlier, meaning we wasted money and lost a portion of our vacay. The worst part was that the customer service manager who we spoke to about this was (a) not understanding (b) unaccommodating (c) rude. While the puppy is perfect and I could not be happier now, in retrospect this is the worst customer service experience I have been a part of.

This was the easiest adoption I have done. Everything was handled on time and with great detail and care. The miniature poodle was exactly as described and is very happy.
