Puppyspot was amazing! I was scared to buy from the wrong breeder so they solved that problem for me. The experience was easy and worry free. The concierge delivery of my puppy was amazing to meet my baby for the first time in my own home!

It wasn't until after my boyfriend and I had purchased our pup that I did my research on PuppySpot. I was quite worried when I came across a number of negative reviews that mostly all agreed with each other, that the dogs don't come from reputable breeders and sometimes come to their new homes either sick or otherwise poorly taken care of. Of course, there were the good reviews too. So I remained faithful and offered up a little prayer that Tangy (now Mayu) came to us safely and in good health. The purchasing process itself was a breeze. The salespeople and other call center representatives we talked to during the process were all very helpful and were able to answer any questions I had. And even when I messaged on the app after business hours, I woke up the next day to find a satisfying email to answer my inquiry. Then came puppy day, which is actually today! As I had hoped, Mayu arrived clean, safe, healthy, and happy. Her Puppy Cab driver was great and I couldn't have imagined a better dropoff. Mayu took to us just fine and is loving her new palace! I'm sorry to see so many people who've had unfortunate experiences with PuppySpot, but boyfriend and I are extremely happy with our new little girl. Very grateful for such a smooth process from start to finish.

We waited for over a month the get our puppy. We were told it would be driven to us in the same state and after I was read a script every time I called to check on the delivery I finally got a phone call from a manager. We had asked for videos of our puppy to show proof of life after panicking with no new information after several weeks. Rachel from Puppy Spot was super helpful and got finally gave up updated information on the puppy. He was packed in a crate and put on a plane which I was not happy with but was finally glad to meet him. He was super cute and very smart. He was able to sit, stay and fetch after he warmed up at the house. We are happy with the puppy but not happy with the majority of the customer service.

From the beginning to after adoption PuppySpot employees were kind, responsive and informative. The only minor hitch was we were not told the plane was on route to our nearest airport after it was grounded in fog at the previous destination. It only delayed meeting our puppy by an hour so was a minor glitch. We are very happy with the support given us.

It was a Greattt experience dealing with PuppySpot and there entire team !!! Plus we have Bronx that is taking a nap on my lap this very moment ! I bought him to share with my grandkids told them we were going to pick up my cousin in New Jersey and that I wanted to have them meet him ! They were a little concerned that they were going to meet a new family member and who would sit next to him in the car a stranger ! Even after your ground agent came towards us with dog crate they still didn’t know what was happening! Until I picked Bronx up and told them meet your cousin they were overwhelmed with emotion! No they were fighting as to who would sit next to their new cousin all the way back to Connecticut! Bronx has brought great joy to our family after this pandemic year ! The grands kids have slept over 99% of the days since he joined us! Thanks 🙏 for making this possible you guys came through!

I really love my new puppy. The purchasing experience went pretty smoothly. I encountered a few hiccups along the way but managed through them. Once assigned a puppy manager I think it’s important they answer all your questions and concerns. Some questions I asked I felt were scripted. The 3rd party used to delivery my puppy there was a delay I was told it was an accident on the highway. My puppy was to be delivered around 830pm or so but didn’t arrive until the next morning 630am. There should have been some accommodation for that considering the price paid for delivery. Overall I love my puppy but I think there should be some flexibility if you want to pick up your puppy via a 3rd party verses being forced to use the 3rd party because I would have taken a road trip to pick up my puppy.

Our Puppy We have had our beautiful little Bichon puppy for 1 month now and we could not be happier with her or with Puppy Spot. All of the scheduling that was provided was great. We knew where the puppy was at all times during her long trip from Tennesee to Arizona, she arrived happy and healthy. If we have something to complain about it would be that we did not get daily pictures of our puppy (impossible to do and not promised)! We took her to our vet the next day after her arrival and he did not agree with the puppy spot vet. We were quite surprised when Puppy Spot responded to us immediately and told us what to do if we have problems with the area of disagreement. We are very satisfied with the whole process, the vet call sealed it for us. We recommend Puppy Spot for your puppy purchases!
