I love my puppy (Sheltie) that I purchased through PuppySpot but I have to comment on the difficulties I had while dealing with the PuppySpot personnel who were located outside of the Continental United States. The initial contact was excellent but the follow through with their people in the Phillipine Islands was less than satisfactory. They were incredibly insistent on our scheduling a Vet appointment within three days of arrival. The language differences became a problem. They were very polite but just could not un-derstand that our vet could not schedule an appointment for a week. I had to insist on speaking with a supervisor here in Conus. After that contact things went a little easier. I would recommend using PuppySpot to people but I would recommend that the company review and reconsider the usage of personnel outside of the Continental U.S. Otherwise the puppy is outstanding and has obviously come from a good breeder. Additionally, I live on Cape Cod and had arranged to pick up our puppy at the airport (Hanscom Field). At the last minute I was called and was told the dog would be delivered to our home by a third party "as I had requested". I did not request a home delivery. I wanted to see how the dog was shipped and what type of aircraft was utilized but I was rebuffed. This dog cost more than my first car and was worth the cost. Overall I approve.

I bought a Chocolate Lab through Puppy Spot and could not be more pleased. I was kept informed on the entire process of having my puppy delivered right to my front door. It was nice to receive a "care" package prior to the puppy. Any questions I had were quickly answered. The integrity of Puppy Spot is tremendous. They pulled from the sale the original puppy I picked out due to a health issue that they became aware of. I highly recommend Puppy Spot.

Certainly not cheap, but the cutest, sweetest, smartest little puppy was delivered, by hand, right to my door. I'm totally in love!!

The Puppy Spot customer service was very helpful and their website was reassuring when it came to utilizing top breeders and not working with puppy mills. However, our puppy arrived very thin and lethargic (possibly drugged/sedated), and traveled to us in an old beaten up crate. For the first several days, she had diarrhea and blood in her stool to the point where I worried about her having Parvovirus. Thankfully, with a change of diet and a calm and loving home, she is doing much better and has put on a great deal of weight. For the amount of money that I paid for this dog, there should not have been a question of health/quality of care for her, nor her travel accommodations. While I am not certain it is the same breeder, I found evidence online of legal infractions by a breeder of the same name in the same state. I am no longer convinced that Puppy Spot thoroughly vets their breeders and will not use them in the future.

Puppy spot was great to work with. Our experience in getting our puppy was so smooth. We got a heAlthy and happy looking puppy. She is an excellent addition to our family and a loving little sister to my son.

Puppyspot was a great way to get our new "baby"! They were responsive to questions, came when they said they would, and overall made the whole process (especially the logistics) stress-free. I am very satisfied with the services provided by Puppyspot!

I could not be happier or more impressed. My Puppy Spot experience has been positive from day one. My little girl is bringing much joy and companionship to my home.

My German Shepherd puppy (Boo) is perfect in every way. American Airlines was great, they took good care of him. I do not like the fake AKC registration certificate that I received. I would prefer an authentic one that is full or partial. There is no reason not to give this dog full registration.
