Dishonest company One easy way to determine if you are dealing with a reputable company is to look at ALL of reviews. Take note that PuppySpot only places positive reviews on their website. All of the negative reviews (there are many) are removed. Why would they do that…,,,,,

I love my new perfect puppy. She is a goldendoodle and 4 monrhs old. So she has had lots of vaccinations already. What we didnt know is this!!! The vaccinations were NOT by a vet but by the breeded. Most boarding places and more do not accept this. So today as her new Mommy I had to make a really hard decision to vaccinate again just in case. My vet told me about seeing many animals that had breeder vaccinations but They can't get their hands on the rabies but they can all else. That was NOT a good feeling today. She could have long-term issues or reactions. Be sure a vet vaccinated your puppies from puppy spot. NOT the breeder personally. There is not proof rhey got them at all. My vet has had many parvo cases due to this. They could have not been refrigerated or whatever. I hated that decision today and I was upset with puppy spot. I paid almost 4,000 and still had a bad and hard decision to make. This needs to be changed with puppy spot. Good luck !!!!

A senior member of our team was able to connect with Ms King to reiterate that her puppy did received correct, safe vaccinations. PuppySpot only works with professional breeders that are held to our industry leading standards developed by our Scientific Advisory Board. Breeders that place puppies through PuppySpot are required to have a Program of Veterinary Care (PVC) created in consultation with their attending veterinarian; part of which includes a minimum required vaccination and worming schedule. Any breeder administering their own vaccinations and wormings are doing so under advisement of their veterinarian and are educated in proper storage and handling to provide vaccinations that prevent against common puppy illnesses and parasites. Proof of these vaccination can be found by locating the vaccine labels on PuppySpot’s “Vaccination and Deworming History” page of each puppy’s Veterinary Health Report form that comes home with each of our puppies. It is important to note that each of our Veterinary Health Reports are signed by a vet, including use of their APHIS number as proof from the USDA that the signatory is a licensed veterinarian. We hope this helps Ms King be more comfortable with the origins of her puppy.

If you want to be ripped off and scammed out of your money then buy a puppy from PuppySpot. The dog was not the dog we discussed and the photos were obviously Photo shopped when we received the dog he looked nothing like his photos. In just 3 to 4 weeks he began to shoot up and when I contacted PuppySpot they claimed they didn’t guarantee his size yet that was the main criteria we discussed when they took my money. We had also discovered one of his dew claws was not removed at birth which now will cost $500.00 to have it removed, with PuppySpot refusing to cover the cost. The puppy was aloof and the vet said he had had no human interaction common to puppies coming from a puppy mill.

We have been working with Mr Collins since this review to help him acclimate his puppy to his new home. Additionally, we have been able to provide assistance under our Health Commitment in regards to the dewclaw issue mentioned in his review. We'd like to apologize to Mr Collins that this wasn't the experience he was expecting but we hope through these actions Mr Collins and his puppy will find many years of happiness together.

I highly recommend PuppySpot. Buying a pet online is a leap of faith and I am glad I took that leap. I got a healthy, happy puppy and it was worth the expense and the wait.

I am giving one star because you can't put zero, I truly thought I was happy with my experience with PuppySpot until we got our little guy home about a week after receiving him we noticed he was constantly throwing up which we knew was not normal. I immediately reached out to PuppySpot and my vet and had him seen. It continued for weeks we were in/out the vet which was getting a bit costly especially for a puppy that we only had for a few weeks now. Eventually after dealing with this for 11 weeks out baby stopped eating once again we were back at the vets office the vet ran test and we waited for a answer unfortunately over night with throwing up, getting weak and very lethargic we took him right back the next morning to the vet and her died. We only had him 11 weeks and he was only 24 weeks. It was very traumatic and heartbreaking. We paid 5K for a puppy we no longer have. I went through PuppySpot because of the Good Morning America interview but realized I made a horrible mistake, I should have located my own breeder that I can talk to and go see the puppy in person. When his Necropsy report came back it confirmed what we knew, we received a sick puppy ( poor baby). I will never purchase a puppy like this again I will ensure everything I do is face to face. Yes I have been in conversation with PuppySpot but I’ll still stand in the fact we got a sick puppy..

We have been in lengthy conversations with Ms Tucker over the terrible passing of her puppy. We share in her sadness. We have been able to determine with Ms Tucker's help, and her vets help, that the illness that her puppy experienced shortly after arrival home, giardia, was not the cause of her puppy's passing. Unfortunately, Ms Tuckers' puppy has passed from something else. We continue to work with her to understand what that is.

Jordan, Rachel, and Roxanne were so helpful, friendly and have gone above and beyond. I was going to purchase a puppy but due to unforeseen circumstances it didn't happen. I will definitely use them in the future after I research some dog breeds. Thank you Puppyspot!

This is to update my review of Feb 22, 2022. I received communication after my review and Savannah could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. They checked into the breeder I bought from and discovered they are a total sham (PuppiesFlorida.com). Assured me they are not affliated with PuppySpot. She gave me access to the companies they partner with to help me train the pup I received. A huge help.
