This experience with PuppySpot has been absolutely amazing they answer all my questions I was a little nervous about the puppy flying and driving a long distance but we love our little Drew which we call Milo now and he is amazing and thank you and I’m also planning on getting another dog from you guys so thank you for the experience

They were very helpful, they answered all my questions. Even the day of the arrival Tim was very knowledgeable for puppy food and item around my home to keep safe and things to avoid. Being a dog owner already we wanted to pick a puppy that was best fit for our home and join our other puppy to have play partner.

Happily Selena arrived by the Grace of God on my BD ready to integrate into our family along with our other furbaby ever so effortlessly! Her adjustment period was almost nonexistent! Selena was a replacement for my Adlina (13) who passed 2weeks prior in ER. Tears aside, Selena’s Breeder Karen via PuppySpot.com sold us a beautiful bundle of joy! If there’s any questions or concerns and issues you can always call PuppySpot directly to track delivery of your furbaby once the puppy is in your area (the puppies are flown in their own airline). Selena’s arrived a couple of hours behind ETA but we tipped the driver anyway, being that gas prices are almost $5 a gallon. If you know what you want and can delay gratification for 2 weeks or more this is the place you can find a fur baby for you!

The experience has been wonderful. No problems and we have the most precious puppy we could have. His name is Winston. He has had 2 visits with my vet. My vet has taken care of my 2 poodles and 7 schnauzers over the years. He has 2 more visits - 1 for his final shots including his rabies shot and then I will have him neutered. Winston is a toy poodle and is now 13 weeks old. He has a license showing he is a comfort dog. It was wonderful having him flown and then delivered to my door.

Purchased a puppy from puppyspot and felt confident at the time because they pride themselves on these guarantees and vet checks.....blah blah blah! We were excited for our puppy to FINALLY arrive after 3 failed attempts due to breeders and transportation department issues. We did as instructed and took our new baby to the vet within 72 hours. Standard wellness exam comes with a fecal testing and i didn't want to at first seeing as how we got our puppy from a "reputable" company. Our pup had diarrhea when he came home BUT we were told by puppyspot that it was due to the new environment, new people, the stressors of leaving his home and the transportation process. However, we went ahead with the fecal exam and yup you guessed it, giardia! So we contacted puppyspot and lol you guessed it, they didn't cover or reimburse nothing! They said the puppy could have contracted giardia during the transportation process. The FACT is, their vet check DOES NOT incorporate the giardia test! The STANDARD fecal exam consist of eggs and different types of worms, it DOES NOT consistent of giardia cysts AND they won't test for giardia because they know that HALF their breeders have puppies with the giardia cysts parasite!!!! If they "know or believe" the people/company they use or are contracted with are NOT SANITARY then WHY do they not do SOMETHING about it! Again, if they believe like they stated that our puppy could've contracted giardia through the transportation process, then they ARE KNOWINGLY infecting these puppies! Their half ass guarantee and vet check is Negligent to say the least!!!!

Everything was very efficient re the adoption process. We could not be happier with our 4 mo old Shih Tzu. He is personable, cuddly, entertains himself, sleeps all night, and gives us many laughs.
