PuppySpot was wonderful every step of our puppy adoption process. They answered all my questions and kept me informed of my puppy’s growth and heath. They also provided my puppy’s travel information early and accurately. I highly recommend PuppySpot!

While the person who helped me purchase my dog was knowledgeable about dogs, the rest of the process was difficult through PuppySpot. There was a glitch on the payment transaction page and I couldn’t pay that way which resulted in a 3 hour long process just to pay. Very poor communication once I purchased my dog. I did not hear from anyone at PS for almost 14 days in regard to the transaction and puppy travel plans despite the fact that my puppy was old enough to come home. There was so little communication that I wondered if PS was a scam and wasn’t sure if the 6000.00+ transaction would result in actually getting a dog. When I used the app to attempt to get support, I had to wait long times for a response and the customer service was poor. The only response I’d get was that the app would update when info was available. I would not recommend PS nor would I use it again.

The best experience ever and i was impressed with the whole process. The app is super user friendly and i couldn't be happy with my pup!

Great Maggie is doing great the experience was great Maggie arrived on time was able to reach out to the breeder. Maggie’s first vet visit was great no problems everything was in order with her shots. I would recommend PuppySpot to anyone looking for a health pup.

I liked how professional yet personable all tbe staff exhibited themselves. They were very friendly,knew about the puppy I was purchasing, about the breeders who were keeping the puppy prior to purchase, about the chaperone transporting the puppy. The chaperone contacted me prior to getting on the flight explained when and where he and the puppy were and sent pictures. He also came to where were at the airport. The puppy box arrived and was filled with all the supplies,toys,dog bed, and blanket, And the chaperone brought along the carrier and paperwork for the puppy. I have raved and commented to several people about how wonderful,personable and professional each staff member I came in contact with was. Thank you Puppy Spot for such an enjoyable, rewarding, and all around great experience I received through your company, staff and breeders. I kept the name given to the puppy. It seemed to suit her personality. She and my kitten Josie are beginning to become acquainted with each other and are becoming best buddies. They play together, eat each other's food and share toys ,too. And on top of all that, they have brought a bunch of laughter, puppy kisses,and joy into my life.Once again I say Thank you!

Working with companies from around the world can be scary and concerning, but whenever my concerns arose you came right in and calmed those concerns and walked me through till the end. Thank you!

It was impossible to get ahold of customer service. For such an expensive dog I felt ghosted by puppy spot & the team. The puppy management team was nonexistent, I barely could get my date changed for my pickup date until a few days before I was leaving on the airplane! Terrible terrible.
