All was good until shipping
All was good until shipping. Delayed a week and then the puppy was delivered at midnight.

Excellent service
Excellent service , we got the puppy very fast, they communicated with the Breader fast tracking our request, making sure we got all of the paper work , veterinary signed ready to import to Canada, so we could bring him home . Everything was perfect going through customs .

My puppy concierge
My puppy concierge, Jordan was great and super helpful. He was always a phone call away if I needed anything. Customer service was helpful depending on who answered the phone. My puppy showed up healthy and happy.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience
After the loss of my heart dog of 17 yrs on 12/11/25, swore I’d never own another dog. As the months passed, my heart began to open up to another. I then happened across “PuppySpot”. I first spoke to Jordan. He was patient, answering all my questions and walking me through possibly purchasing a puppy from PuppySpot. By the end of that day, I purchased a 10 week old Chihuahua. I next heard from Mike, who helped organize and step me through my puppy’s delivery. I next heard from Bill from “Bill’s Pet Transit”. Bill picked up my puppy from southern Florida and drove her right to my door on Long Island, NY. All the way, Bill provided me with a GPS tracker so I knew exactly where my new baby was, sent me pics of her, and let me know how she was doing. He even arrived early! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with PuppySpot. From the moment Jordan picked up my call to when Bill placed my puppy in my arms, everything went just as I had been told. Such a wonderful experience. My new puppy is a sweet, gentle, well-behaved little girl. Thank you to ALL who helped my heart heal and make me smile again!!! Most Sincerely, Karen S. Long Island, NY

Communication was difficult
Communication was difficult. Always got a different person. When I called, different person, unless asked for someone specific. Once the purchase was completed, I was supposed to be assigned a team for the remaining logistics. I did not receive that. At least it ended well with a beautiful puppy.
