Our puppy came about 3 weeks after ordering her (she was out of state and had to fly in). She was surprisingly calm and was very good on our drive home. She fits right in, and we couldn't be happier to have her!

It was very helpful that we could speak to representatives after work hours when I had more time. All of the reps we dealt with were very helpful. The logistics of the experience were very well organized. Delivery was smooth. Our puppy arrived yesterday and so far so good. He seems perfect. The only suggestion I have is that it would be great to be assigned one rep to whom you could always speak (having their direct phone ext and email) during the process so that you weren’t talking to a different person every time. Thank you puppy spot! I would definitely recommend!

Found an adorable puppy on PuppySpot. Paid for her and they immediate marked her Sold and started the communication process with me. Calling and emailing. Excellent. Picked her up on-time and without issue. She's AMAZING. My neighbors love her so much they just picked out a new puppy on PuppySpot too!

Every step of the way was courteous, timely and responsive. One fix: puppy food arrived with dog as I expected it would. However, it was unlabeled so I have no idea what I’m feeding her or how much.

They were on time for delivery of Sonny although they called the home number not my cell number to let me know.

I am a first time dog owner, and the representative that first helped me spent nearly two hours on the phone with me patiently answering my questions about dog ownership. She helped me feel confident in choosing a dog, and now I have the sweetest little pup in my life. He showed up happy, healthy, and he had clearly been well cared for at the breeder. Knowing that they don’t contract with puppy mill breeders was definitely reassuring. Would definitely recommend and use PuppySpot again in the future!
