Received my puppy 4/24/23 thru Puppy Spot. They were so nice to work with and gave me updates on my puppy while I was waiting for her. She is a bright eyed, feisty, funny puppy in excellent health.

If you are contemplating whether you should pay for transportation either flight or ground, both are great! PuppySpot made this logistic easy! They take care from the time of purchase to the delivery date. The process was easy and you can tell they care and they are all about the puppy well-being and super communicative throughout the whole process. Even after a full day of traveling, once my husband met up with the driver our puppy was full of energy, so cheerful and genuinely excited for us. We couldn’t be happier about choosing the right service and the choice for our new member to the family.

The selection of puppies is great. I had timely responses to my questions. Photos of puppy were updated. The puppy arrived healthy and happy. My biggest complaint is the puppyspot app. I had to constantly delete and reinstall as it failed to load on numerous occasions.
