Love that they kept me informed, and were quick to respond to any questions that I had. Also loved the box that we received for our new puppy with bed, blanket, toys, leash, and dog dish! Found out yesterday that we also get a tag for her. Oh, and a free vet appointment, and I'm sure there are other things that I'm forgetting to mention.

We got our puppy 5 days ago and he is an absolute gem. The photos & video of him were very real so we knew what we were getting. I also appreciate there was a liaison to ask questions and for the quick responses. The only concern we have is we found a tick on our pooch - which I thought should have been found during his last vet visit. We found it because he was itching really badly. Every thing else about our experience has been awesome. Can't thank you enough...

We're glad your puppy is great and that your experience has been awesome. Don't forget that we are here to help should anything medical come of the presence of the tick. You can reach us at [email protected] to discuss if needed.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The entire transaction went very smoothly. The only issue I had was there was no info on the type of puppy food that the puppy had been on previously. You abruptly change a puppy’s food and they will certainly develop diarrhea . Other than that everything was a 10!! P.S. not real happy with all the telemarketing calls which follow….

I will never buy or Recommend Puppyspot, because our Golden Doodle was shipped with 20 other dogs, And got Kennel Cough, For the $700.00 plus Dollars we spent to get our Puppy here I was not told puppy would be shipped with multiple puppies. As such we had to deal with a Sick puppy for Three plus Weeks, And the Meds gave our Puppy loose Stool, for weeks, So instead of Enjoying our New Goldendoole we had to Deal with a Sick Puppy. Also we Lost a crucial window for socialization for our puppy, for Three plus Weeks!!!!! I have E:mailed Puppyspot 2 times and Requested a Full Refund For Travel Expenses, But have not head back from Puppyspot... So if u buy from this Company find out in advance how your Puppy will be delivered to you. Bottom Line We Are Very Mad And Dissatisfied With This Company. And If We Don't Get Our Refund, I'll Be Looking For Another Alternative.

As previously discussed with Mr Ajello, our Health Commitment (https://www.puppyspot.com/terms-and-conditions-of-commitment) provides for issues that may come about as a puppy transitions from their original home to their new family's home. We have provided Mr Ajello resolution under that Commitment and remain available should any further assistance be required. Our puppies travel under the strictest of standards developed with our independent Scientific Advisory Board and exceed USDA minimum standards. While it is upsetting when a puppy gets sick, no other puppies that traveled with his pup had kennel cough.

Puppy arrived 1 week after he was legally able to travel. Very quick service, responsive, puppy is exactly the one pictured. No bait and switch! We love our puppy and he is all we could have imagined

Everything went smoothly in regards to people I spoke with and the puppy transport. Our "cutest in the world" puppy arrived healthy and happy.
