I received my pet sooner than I expected. Over all it was a smooth transition.

I was nervous to spend so much for a dog online but the process was phenomenal! We are SO happy with our pup! I loved that the breeders updated photos and videos weekly so that we could watch him grow before he came home. The transport van was super communicative and the hand off process couldn’t have been easier. I love knowing our little guy was taken care of before we got him. I highly recommend puppy spot!

Overall good experience & trustworthy! Make sure your pup is eligible for travel to your area. I was given the option for delivery but then was told my pup wasn’t eligible after all for delivery to my area. PuppySpot was accommodating & resolved this issue. The driver for delivery was 30ish minutes late & I understand traffic but an update would have been nice.

Using puppy spot was great and easy. However we chose a puppy that is almost 7months old and was told it was used to going potty outside and on Pee Pads. This pup is NOT pee pad trained and has picked up bad habits along the way that we need to break now. This puppy is also very skiddish and acts like it was abused which breaks our hearts. The puppy seems very unsocialized. We bought because the reviews said reputable breeder. We also bought an older puppy because of the “pee pad” and “outdoor potty” this is clearly not accurate. Also, when the puppy came out of the transport van he was extremely stiff and scared. They set a time frame of 9:00pm for pick up and then told me there would be a four hour delay and that I needed to pick up at 1:00am. After going back and forth they moved it to 8:30am the next morning. With all that said, we love him but we have not only puppy training to do but now bad habits to overcome. We are grateful he’s in our home but disappointed with what we thought and what we believed. We do love him…

Good overall experience. The only problem was early misidentified client name and contact information persisted through the event including delivery of Hannah and created confusion throughout.

We were so hesitant in buying a puppy from Puppyspot. One of our friends who bought her puppy through Puppyspot told us how convenient and trustworthy the entire process is. When we saw Charlie (formerly Hanna) we fell in love with her. The entire process was smooth and Charlie has been home with us for the past 2 days and she is such a well behaved and friendly puppy. We couldn't be more happier!

My first arrival time for my puppy was cancelled due to the weather I was told. The representative was ruled and I didn’t appreciate her attitude, so I will not give your company five stars. Other than that everything else was good.
