As a first time dog owner PuppySpot was a good experience. My initial contact was with Linda who provided detailed information on what would be covered and what to expect. The other team members & managing team responded immediately with any text messages I left, including the current weight of my puppy. Premier Pet Transport provided up-to-date changes & Chrissy from the office kept me abreast of last minute changes, including an earlier arrival. Nate & Dave the drivers were kind, gentle & efficient. These guys rock! My puppy came to me calm, well fed, & hydrated. Very pleased with PuppySpot & the concierge services they have. Would highly recommend.

I like Puppy Spot they were very good on communication on your purchase of your puppy l received her within 3 weeks not very far from where l live she has shots and even microchip that was great and the price was reasonable it’s best to download the app and tell u what’s going on with your pup she is just gorgeous and friendly just a love ❤️

We got a puppy in 2021 from puppy spot and the experience was excellent so we came back to them for our second pup this month The experience was not nearly as positive The cost to travel was more than doubled and puppy was not delivered to me as the last I contacted PS via website email about a puppy and never heard back from that inquiry until I had already recalled and ordered pup . Puppy delivered Monday and has an ear infection requiring vet to order antibiotic today. Puppy was dehydrated and seems sedated Called and sent email w no reponse in 10 days now!

Why write a review of someone you don't do business with? We were connected with Brooke at PuppySpot about a potential adoption. The dog was just what we were looking for. We ended up finding another dog that fit our parameters much closer to home. But Brooke was so responsive and helpful that I just had to leave a positive review. If everyone on the team is half as good as Brooke, you will have a great experience.

The representatives I spoke with were extremely informative and were able to answer all my questions, as well as very friendly. They kept us informed at each step of the way from medical checkups on your end to when the transport folks would be bringing her to us. They were also very friendly and helpful.

My puppy came to me in horrible contition. His belly was so bloated it was hard as a rock and we were fearful to pick him up. He was very fearful and lethargic to say the least. I took him to the vet and hes under weight, has worms and needs to see an eye specialist as his pupils are not round at all. Hes very hand shy also.I would not recommend puppy spot because I feel as tho this company does not check out the breeders at all. Its all about the money and not about the puppy. My puppy's AKC papers were not even filled out by the breeder at all. Just not a happy customer at all. As of 7/24/23 my puppy also has Giardia which is highly contagious and now all my dogs are on medication. This has just been a horrible experience.

The communication along the process was fantastic and informative. The driver was very informative all along the way. Getting the puppy home was so easy and she is absolutely perfect!

PuppySpot performed as they said they would do for us. We drove 600 miles each way to get our puppy and the breeders and the team at PuppySpot delivered on time.
