We are over the moon about our Cavapoo purchased through Puppy Spot! Beau is a perfect, well adjusted little pup! He arrived via ground transport in wonderful shape! He had a long trip but seems unscathed by the experience. There was a vet tech and driver in a Mercedes van. They we’re waiting for us at the designated location about an hour away from our home.

Everything was great up until the day we received the puppy. He had a concerning medical issue that needed to be discussed. I’ve reached out three times and no one got back to me. That is just unacceptable. The “sale” was made and hands were wiped.

Puppy Spot has been exceptional! From the beginning of picking out our puppy to the delivery we couldn’t have ask for a more professional and caring operation.

The delivery of our new puppy was just as advertised. The transporters, Ryan and Clay were great! They were professional and delivered our new family member with care. They answered our questions fully and were very helpful. PuppySpot was excellent!

Easy to navigate site, fairly seamless process and friendly sales reps

The customer service was great from the moment I called with interest in a specific puppy. They were very knowledgeable about the breed and process. In fact, everything was so seamless that I almost wasn’t prepared for how quickly everything went. The actual pick up was smooth at a central location of other customers in our area.

It was very easy and I love my new puppy. Only thing I miss from dealing directly with a breeder is that I don’t have a relationship with a breeder this time.
