Everything about this experience was perfect. Bentley is amazing!

Puppy arrived well and healthy. Needed more instructiions as to her feeding amounts and times when she arrived. I didn't and still don't know how much to feed or how many times a day. That would have been most helpful. Everything else went smooth and great.

Such a smooth and easy process! Kept us abreast on all the details! They even saved me money when I talked to them on the phone because I was going to fly out pup home, and Crystal suggested using their transportation pick-up system; I highly recommend calling them before you click that “purchase” button. She even sent me pics of the pups parents, and other photos of our pup. Their Mercedes van dropped off our fur baby at a near-by gas station (I know, sounds weird), which was only 4 minutes from our house. They had all her vaccination records, and handed her to us (after checking ID😉) We are so happy! 🐶🩷

I would have liked more communication, seemed to compelled to sell a dog and get a deposit but when it came to after instructions, you guys went silent. I paid $711 dollars for transportation, thinking my dog is going to be flown out at 8 weeks. Website does say receive puppy at 8 weeks and required weight. I received my dog at 9 weeks and in GROUND TRANSPORTATION ! I mean the least the company can do is he upfront about that. I don’t hold pet premiere transportation liable for any of it . They did a great job. But the fact that you guys were not upfront that puppies does not travel in the cabin of the planes due to heat, and can ONLY be drove out there really would have made me rethink on my purchase. Be that’s false advertisement that you even give both options when they are not available none the less lying about getting the puppy at the age it’s listed on the site (8 weeks). $711 was incredibly to much and my dog could have been shipped by private jet at that point . Next my dog came with bump on its head, severally dehydrated and Hungary. My dog was very small in the stomach area and I am overall very displeased with the service I received after paying $3600 for a dog I’m having to mend up now. Will not be bringing future business here.

The puppy buying process was extremely streamlined, and every time I needed help they do not hesitate to help me explained everything very well what steps to take and what to do, and was very helpful along the way

Speaking with the PuppySpot representative about our choice of pup (chocolate lab) was very helpful to confirm we were making a good choice for our family and lifestyle. We were informed every step of the way about our pup and the process for receiving her. Fern is an excellent addition to the family--she's healthy and freaking adorable!

I didn’t like the lack of response to my text questions. Once I purchased the puppy I was completely ignored with any feedback to them. That was frustrating. I was told the puppy was in Dallas and it was two hours outside of Dallas. Leaving us with a 4 hour car ride.

Everything ran so smoothly. No effort on ny side, thank you. My dear sweet puppy is such a joy. Youll br recomended by mev 100 %. Thank u , liz riggs
