For the most part so far, everything has been as they've stated. I'm awaiting a bit of help though. My puppy is a bit sick and I've reached out for help after having only 29 hours.

Wow! We are over the moon with our toy poodle. She bonded with my husband and I this minute she was in our arms. Our breeder was exceptionally and provided us with all the paperwork needed. She is a gentle and sweet puppy. She slept through the first night with no problems. We had her in a soft material crate on the bed. She could see us and I put my hand next to her so she could feel secure. Thank you so much for such an amazing puppy! We are in love with our Mini Toy Poodle. AKA Mini

Puppy arrived very underweight.

Everything was great, and puppy was delivered in excellent health. The only issue was the pickup spot. Had to drive 1 1/2 hours. But Thor was worth it.

They commubicated very cleary what we could expect and answered my questions in a very reasonable amount of time. The delivery service was on time.

I purchased a puppy from a good breeder through puppyspot. He is healthy and happy. The only reason for 4 stars id whenever you call puppyspot a question after you purchased your puppy, the agents I spoke with were not the same person and gave different answers to questions I had asked them. Each call a different agent answered and gave a different answer. I was happy they had a good breeder and she answered all questions. She called me to answer questions after my purchase.

Puppy Spot was so helpful and friendly. This is the second time that we have used them with helping us find the perfect pet. They helped us every step of the way. So helpful in answering all of our questions about the dog and how the shipping was to be. My wife and I are very happy with the results.
