My puppy pug arrived on time and healthy

Their level of communication during the whole process was excellent. The puppy I got is just wonderful, I seriously couldn't have gotten a better dog.Also the ten year warranty on health is huge too.

The fellow that I met to pick up Anthony Now George V. Really is a nice guy. I saw people with blankets going over to a Gray Van.. I drove over, and heard puppies when I put down the window. I asked if he is PuppySpot dogs delivery. He said yes. I let him finish up with people and their NEW Pups. They cleaned up my pup everything went perfect. He also is a dog lover I told him Georges name and told him I have HAD 12 Goldens + other breeds. He HAS 13 and all different breeds, some are working dogs..... Really is a nice guy.

Pup is cuter than the pic and description is pretty accurate. Pup is healthy and arrived in a timely manner! - 3 starts not bc of puppy. I asked how much and what he eats so I can prepare food as suggested per puppyspot guidelines, I was told he eats certain brand name and mousse type (soft pouched or canned food)but on the day I picked him up, driver game me kibbles as his food. So instead of just enjoying the day I had to call puppyspot, get the breeders info, left a message and wait to hear back, found out he does eat kibbles so I had to go get food at store which really could’ve been avoided. When I asked three questions on the email it auto-replies to call. I emailed so they could give me answers. and upon calling surely didn’t get a straight answer . I requested health forms bc my vet wanted to see beforehand they said to follow up later closer to delivery date, when I requested again just a few days before I never got the forms So there is definitely an administrative issues which frustrated me and made me question the credibility and of the company

I think they should provide more information on how this dog was brought up. She won’t leave her kennel.

We had a great experience getting information about puppy and parents. Answered questions and request for picking up our puppy

I will never use this company again, once they have your money the chase is on, no pun intended, so they lied to me on many levels, they told me that I could pay for shipping and delivery to the closest airport near me which they did not, I did not receive any paperwork until the delivery so I couldn't verify the vetianerian or reports, nor verify the breader, the poor pup had bleeding in his stool because of worms, this went on for a couple of months because the worms were resistant to medicine, I had contacted puppyspot about this and other problems but they simply don't answer the phone nor get back to you, finally after months of going back and forth with countless calls and emails they told me 7 months after I first contacted them about the worms they told me that they would not cover any of the vetianerian bills I incurred for the worms because I contacted them 17 days after the delivery of the pup and their cut time is 15 days. They made me go to the vetianerian and get copies, scan them and not once but twice. They could have told me that at the very beginning. Buyer beware... Ok, an update from me. The very next of this post puppyspot.com called me and said they would credit me the vetianerian bills, so I waited and after a few days the money went into my account. The person that called said she wanted to talk to me about the problems I had, I said you only called me because of this review on trustpilot.com, end of the story. Thank you to trustpilot.com and puppyspot for getting my money back!!!
