Our rep made it easy to pick out our puppy and they made it easy to coordinate pick up. We are very happy happy with our new family addition!

The puppy was unwell, vomiting twice within the first 15 minutes of me receiving it and refusing to eat for the first 12 hours. Additionally, she appeared unkempt and emitted a strong, unpleasant odor. I would have been willing to pay more for a well-groomed puppy.

I have to say that I was a bit skeptical, because I never went through a secondary service I had always been direct to breeder. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked by how professional educational and patient the service has been with me. I found a Bernad doodle in Indiana and within two weeks I was receiving messages about the pet transport and where to meet and I picked up the puppy and brought him home and took him to the vet and they said that the breeder did a great job with the vaccinations and deworming him and micro chipping him. Lynn is the representative that I spoke to when I found the puppy and she was extremely thorough and kind. I would definitely recommend the service.

The level of communication was outstanding. My family never felt that we didn’t know what next steps were. Great job by the team.
