The delivery of our new fur buddy was impressive. The pet companion was unbelivably sensitive, communicative and handled our 8 week puppy (Shih Tsu) with such loving care. The experience overall was marred by two issues - communicating of the travel plans a few days before had to be requested twice before shared and then contained a 9AM pickup time when it was 9PM. These two issues were not impactful more than disorienting given that the travel companion was in touch all the time and corrected the timing error. More attention to these details regarding travel arrangements should be addressed. Otherwise, the experience and care of a small puppy traveling was exemplary. The breeding and condition of the puppy equally amazing. In the end could not be happier!

Customer representative Liz was really helpful in narrowing down on our search and helped us in finding the perfect addition to our family. Website is very easy to navigate and Liz was kind enough to keep details on our pets lineage. Though the price is a bit on higher side when compared to others, however we were really happy after meeting the breeders.

Britany was wonderful to work with. She worked hard to answer all my questions about Lance. Constance phone calls with immediate reply’s. Met with Lance’s breeder with all his papers and questions answered. He is a truly a Blessing to me and my husband. This is a first class company. So happy I continued searching till I found them.
