PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

Sarah was on it. We communicated via email for the most part ( due to my work) and set up finalizing the sale and pick up in a matter of days. She was informative and answered all my questions throughly and quickly. Pick up went seamlessly. Mr. Bean has transitioned phenomenally. The travel home was a long tiring day with all the modes of transportation involved but he handled it all very well. Cassandra is a quality breeder and we now have a beautiful new fur baby. Will definitely use Puppy Spot again.

I could not be happier and thankful for how smoothly and professional PuppySpot was from the moment that I chose my fur baby. There was constant communication from day one and still after two weeks of her being home, they are still sending emails to check on us. I you want to work with a professional and loving team then checkout PuppySpot!!! Five stars across the board

Pick up time was very timely! Drivers very friendly.

Everyone was honest, polite, and cooperative. I even called the breeder and told what a fantastic puppy. Took him to our vet and he is in great condition. Thank you. Thank you.

Puppyspot communicated often when ready to ship. I gave 4 stars because some of the information given on my puppy was not correct. They did check on it though.

I felt the company tries hard for the public. My only problem with the company is their phone system. One has to hang and hang on the phone waiting for somebody to answer. Very frustrating. Then when someone does answer they seem very tired and put upon that I phoned.

The main thing -Great dog, I couldn’t love her more Came on time Liked the paraphernalia that was sent, toys and bed. Accessible and good communication.

It was amazing so exciting. Everyone was on board very professional. I would recommend them and use them moving forward Sammy my beagle is doing fantastic!!!! Very satisfied very happy with the whole procedure bringing him home.
