The purchasing of the puppy went smoothly with excellent, enthusiastic service. It went south from there. Poor response of questions, total inflexibility regarding the delivery location no information regarding what type of potty training was started. Disappointing unresponsive lack of service

I was looking for a puppy and everywhere I turned it was very stressful 6 months of looking for my special pup and every turn a scam or overwhelming stress (some places wanted to come to my home for inspection before I could have a pup). Then I found puppyspot and well it was easy and they have live help if you need it. I found my puppy and she is now home and she couldn’t have been better the most loving happy smart “ toy Aussie doodle “ puppy spot had made sure I had what my pup needed when arriving home it was truly a great experience

Terrible service after we paid for the dog. Wouldn't use this company again. Lack of communication and clear answers. I shouldn't have to keep calling and asking about basic information for a puppy we bought. Felt extremely frustrated and would rather go directly to a breeder next time.
