Searching for a new furry family member…
Searching for a new furry family member can be so daunting. You’re trying to make that decision based on a few word description and photos. Knowing the breeders are vetted and the amazing support from the puppy concierge gives you confidence. There was encouragement and very professional support all along the way. Any question will be answered. The fact that transport is coordinated for you with vetted and trusted transporters was assuring. I have great confidence in recommending Puppy Spot. Thanks for delivering such warm furry love into my life.

Amazing!!!!!!
The experience with Puppy Spot was amazing. The puppy concierge was great! He answered all my questions and continued to communicate with me after I purchased my puppy. I received email updates throughout the entire process. We used the delivery service and those gentlemen were top tier! Our puppy arrived happy, healthy and smelling great! He was even puppy pad trained. I recommend PuppySpot to anyone looking for a puppy!

Dog selection is awesome
Dog selection is awesome. I couldn't have ask for a better dog.... They need to tone down on the everyday emails, pressuring to purchase pet insurance. The Bainfield free exam, it not totally free, they charged a $73 office visit... Other then that, it was a plesent expeience. Their pet courier is awesome, puppy spot staff is very polite....

Delivery was timely and accurate
Delivery was timely and accurate. The customer service provided incorrect information and told me that a small amount of food would also be supplied. No food was provided. Also the incorrect photo of the puppy I purchased was sent to me as part of an email response which was concerning.
