Absolutely amazing team!!!
Everything was great from the start, communication, explanations, what the process was and to the final transportation. The total experience was amazing. Everyone involved in my journey was absolutely top notch and could not be happier, thank you all for your great service!!!

Delivery Inconsistencies
We are very happy with our puppy. The only thing that made this a less than desirable experience were the inconsistencies in scheduling. While we are very happy to have our puppy, he came a week sooner than they communicated, and also on an entirely different day than communicated. All problems were fixable, but It did add a bit more chaos in our life and we were expecting a streamlined experience.

The communication was effective at each stage of the puppy's movement. The only thing I want to mention is that the transport was late. However, they called and said they would be late. Upon giving the puppy to me, the other person sprayed it, which was overwhelming. It was a negative mark for my review. Please tell them that the dog spray is too much for the little pups and the new owners. .

We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad to hear our communication was effective. We sincerely regret the delay in transport and the overwhelming use of dog spray during the puppy's handover. We understand how this could be distressing for both the puppy and new owners. We are taking your feedback seriously and will address the issue of dog spray use with our team to ensure a more considerate approach in the future.

True concierge service
True concierge service. This is the second puppy that I’ve gotten from Puppyspot. Communication was great and response is immediate. Monte arrived healthy, happy and with all paperwork. I can tell that he was raised with love!

Excellent as usual
Excellent and constant communication regarding our pupper - how he was doing, updates on when we could pick him up, etc. Delivery was excellent, and the delivery men were very professional. This is our third pup through PuppySpot, and we're just as pleased this time as we were with the other two.

Incredible experience from start to finish
I had an absolutely wonderful experience using PuppySpot to find my new Golden Retriever puppy. They provided excellent customer service and made the entire process of connecting with a reputable breeder incredibly smooth and stress-free. My puppy was delivered safely all the way from Missouri to Louisiana. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking to bring a new furry family member home!
