The process of finding my puppy Zoey, learning more about her, and purchasing went very smoothly. The pick-up process was a bit confusing via text and phone calls. I asked to be contact on my personal cell phone vs my work phone. The request was acknowledged but to no avail. I missed texts and calls due to this very minor set back. Other than that, it was a great experience overall!

Our puppy came by airplane and he was clean, beautiful, friendly and we couldn’t ask for more.💕 Now, at home, he is wonderful and perfect with a vet check up too! He must have had loving attention from an awesome breeder!

If not your call after making the transaction will not be responded to. It isn't a bad thing, they are just pretty cut and dry with the whole process, and then you will be contacted as to when the puppy arrives to you. Everyone was wonderful and my baby is beautiful. I ordered a puppy from Puppy Spot. Called less than 2 hours later to cancel the puppy. I was blocked from calls and was finally able to get through the main site and was told I could receive 76% of cost paid, told to have a nice day and hung up. Please do an independent review of this site before purchasing.

Excellent communication, always responded to my questions in a timely manner. They gave detailed information on delivery, time and location (spot on). Outstanding service from Premier Pet Transport and the team drivers Dallas and Nathan (thank you). My little cute Pie puppy was in perfect condition, clean and happy. I can't thank you enough Dallas for the great care you took making sure my puppy was safe in my arms.
