Great experience. I do wish however I would have been informed in the 24-48 hour time frame instead of having to chase down someone. Other than that everything went great!

We love our new pug puppy Gabby!! From start to finish this process was great. The point of contact I had was very informative and helpful. Our drivers from Premier Pet Transport, Nathan T. And Dallas, were excellent.

They company delivered to me very ill poppy and the shaper one were late with delivery.

Everything was professional and caring from the first person I talked to till the delivery of my puppy!

Communication and information throughout the process was excellent. Every person with whom I had contact was not only professional but was obviously a puppy loving individual. You guys have a great team!

From the first phone conversation to the day my puppy arrived, this was the greatest experience! She is perfect! The communication and outreach was wonderful… definitely helped to calm my concerns. Thank you again.

They did not keep me up to date on pictures and weight. I understand that it takea a day to answer my questions but as soon as I paid for my puppy it went silent. I also paid for a puppy package for $188. But had to call about that on the 11th and still no response. It is a good thing I did not wait for the contents (bed, dishes for water and food, toys and a blanket). There needs to be better service. That being said the chaperone was lovely and kept me informed the whole trip. And Darcey isabeautiful puppy. We went to the vet the afternoon that she was delivered and she pasted with flying colors. So thank you for a healthy puppy.
