PuppySpot is a great company to work with. Candace walked us through every step of the process. She was very courteous and very helpful with all of our questions. Now that we have our puppy home, she is very healthy and very playful. Gives us a new meaning to life. We couldn't be happier at this time. I highly recommend PuppySpot to obtain your next forever furbaby!!!

When choosing my puppy (JRT) I noticed he appeared smaller that his siblings. I asked if he was the runt of the litter (which was not a problem). I was told he was not. In the video I noticed the puppy was shaking and not moving unlike all 8 of his siblings who were lively, running around and playing like a 6 wk old JRT should. A few weeks after paying for the puppy I asked if I could get an updated photo. I was told photos are updated every 3 weeks. I waited 3 more weeks (4 weeks since the last photo) and asked again. I was simply sent a generic text message saying "We do not have any updated photos". Due to being out of town, they sent the puppy just short of 11 weeks at my request. I picked up the puppy at the airport and immediately noticed how small and very skinny he was. He appeared malnourished was not very alert and his ribs and spine were clearly visible as if just wrapped by skin. On his paperwork his weight was 3.8 lbs at almost 11 weeks and 4.1 lbs at his 1st vet appointment a few days later. He is still very small but does have a good appetite. He had an ear infection and Giardia which is not really a major problem and being addressed by my Vet . This is my 2nd JRT and am just worried about his small size at this age hoping he has no health issues in the future. Other than that, he is an absolute doll. I did like the courteous employee I first spoke to on the phone. I got a different person when asking questions that seemed to give preplanned responses to my text messages and emails. To me it felt like seemed less interested after being paid in full. Would I purchase again ? Probably.....With the given volume of business, I'm pretty sure (hope) this does not happen often.

Thank you for posting on TrustPilot. While it's hard to hear about an experience with us that is not ideal, it's really helpful. We looked in to your case and confirmed that your puppy, while not the runt of the litter, was reluctant to eat (a common thing). The breeder did all they could but it's ultimately up to the pup. We are thrilled to hear that your puppy is now eating well. We are sorry about the photo snafu and that you felt less valued or listened to after making the decision to adopt and paying the fee. That is certaintly not our intent. Your mention and appreciation of a courteous employee is our standard, and clearly this time we did not meet it consistently. We will do better, and hope to be able to prove that to you next time.

Never got returned calls. All e- mail. I was calling every day to see when I would get Sophia (which is her name now) and was always put off. On my first call I was told we would get her in 4 or 5 days. It ended up being about 3 weeks.

We can relate to your frustration regarding no returned calls, and apologize for being the cause. It is certainly not our standard of care. As for Sophia's (love her name) delayed delivery, it is often a challenge due to our concerns for a puppy's ability to travel and meeting all federal guidelines. Our number one goal is every puppy's health and well-being from the moment they leave the breeder to when they arrive at your home. Again, we are sorry for the lack of response, and hope Sophia is happy and you are too.

I had so much help with all of my questions. It was a very comforting and rewarding experience. The website was great. Give me a chance to really think things through and I really appreciate everything.

Nathan B. & Gary got us our new little girl safe and sound from Missouri to Tennessee. I was expecting a very anxious little mess, but when she was handed to me, she seemed happy and well cared for. They had just fed her about 30 min prior and were wise enough to recommend the family who got their new pup before I did not let their dog potty on the common grass to avoid dog borne illness. I'd highly recommend this team!

In all honesty, I started off a little skeptical of this process but I will admit I am so happy I decided to choose Puppy Spot! The communication was great! While the most anxious part of the process is awaiting the arrival of your puppy, I have no complaints!

So glad you are happy. Our goal is to deliver a great experience from the first step to the day your puppy arrives in your home. The waiting is always hard, but we can't transport the puppies until they are ready. Their health and wellbeing are paramount.

One day I started looking for puppies on the internet. Then my daughter told me she bought one from puppyspot our Henley who is 8 years old. So I started looking on puppyspot and found Stevie nicks. She's turned out to be perfect. Last night the third night we've had her she got up in the middle of the night woke me up and wouldn't go back to sleep. I then took her downstairs and she promptly went to the potty pad and pooped and went tinkle. She's gone a potty pad so many times mostly on the potty pad. Sometimes we go outside. Very few accidents in the house. She's perfect perfect perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better child. Thank you so much for bringing her into my life.
