Everyone at Puppy Spot was super courteous and kept us updated continuesly of the progress in getting our dear little one to his new home with us. We were a little apprehensive about getting a puppy without seeing him in person, but less than 24 hours in, and he has stolen our hearts. He is a beautiful sweet little boy. Puppy love!❤️

We just received our German Shepard puppy and we couldn’t be happier ! Nathan B. and Gary were on point with meeting us to get our puppy he was transported by van. This is our second puppy from PuppySpot we also have an English Bulldog that is beautiful he is now 7 years old. Thank you Nathan and Gary for transporting our puppy safely to us! Our puppy is beautiful and very happy!

Our adoption process went pretty smoothly, we actually our puppy in less than 2 weeks! We were most impressed with the transportation company used, Premier Pet Transport LLC. From keeping us updated via emails to the gentleman @ their office, he was patient & so helpful. The drivers were OUTSTANDING!!!! Our drivers Chuck & Mark kept us in the loop from the start of our pups transport to the very end AND they arrived early! They made the pickup so easy, our pup was even given a dry shampoo & smelled so good & she was so happy & calm. We are so grateful to our drivers!!!!!!!!

There was a great deal of confusion when it came time to receive our puppy. The plan was to have the puppy commercially air transported. That did not happen, due to lack of communication by Puppy Spot. We ended up driving 1800 miles round trip to pick up our new puppy. Also, when we picked up our puppy the AKC registration document had our puppy listed as Limited Registration. When we called the breeder, we were told that was Puppy Spot who made the registration limited. We could not find that information anywhere on the Puppy Spot website. We feel deceived.
