Very clear on guidelines for pet purchase. Good contact from services while awaiting the delivery of my pet. Arrival time, place and method of receiving my pet securely was excellent. Pick up airport close and highly accessible. Everything planned for food, water, papers, and instructions to carrier clear and concise. Easy pickup!

I wish there were more stars to give. Clinton and Mark were so professional and yet warm and friendly. Clinton was very clear and thorough explaining with instructions for Jimbo’s (now Beau) care going forward. Absolutely the best employees and company to entrust our new family member.

I purchased a French Bulldog puppy and had arranged to pick her up from the breeder. The puppy I picked up looked much different from the photos on the website and needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. Most significantly, her ears were down, not up. She had a scar on the top of her head which created a bald spot. The dog was filthy and smelled. If someone bought a dog from me for $5K+, I would have at least given it a bath. I highly recommend asking for recent photos of the pet at the time of purchase and prior to pick up. Also, request photos of the puppy's parents. Btw, this should be included on every puppy's profile. The lack of transparency is concerning.

Thank you for sharing what is surprising feedback on your puppy. Our goal is happy, healthy puppies, happy customers and complete transparency every step of the way. We can assure you that your puppy is the puppy in the original listing. Angles and lighting can change photographic renderings for sure. On the matter of cleanliness, also a surprise. It is not our standard of care at all, and we are immediately undertaking a full investigation of what happened to impact her appearance. Our breeders are certified and constantly assessed to ensure that they are providing a loving, healthy environment for their puppies and that the puppies arrive after a full vet check, clean and ready to be loved. In terms of your puppy's pedigree, we will be sending you the AKC registration information on her parents which should allay any remaining concerns. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or suggestions. Feedback is always welcome, and helpful. Thank you again.
