Well thought out process for evaluating breeders and puppy transfers. Wish the transport fees were more prominently shown. Big investment on puppy then after ready to move forward need to tack on a large transport fee. Not saying it isn't worth it, just that it should be more visible during the evaluation period.

i was so excited to get my puppy and they sent me pics and videos of her to me updated until it was time for me to receive her. in the vids online, she looked so fluffy and happy. however, the day i got her she looked HORRIBLE and SICK.
she's a bernedoodle. upon receiving her, she was dirty, coat was matted, nails were overgrown, and she just smelled so bad. like trash. she was shaking, crying, and so anxious. i was already unhappy and felt so sad for her because it was evident she was NOT being taken care of at all, and all of the pictures and videos online had to have been totally staged. she barely even looked like she did online. it was like i had a totally different puppy than the one i'd seen on the website.
BUT IT GETS WORSE! i brought her home, and she immediately started pooping everywhere. which is fine and expected from a puppy who must have been anxious from the travel. BUT, her poop was completely bloody. she wouldn't eat, wouldn't drink water, and was just incessantly pooping blood. at one point it was just straight blood, not even any poop.
i took her to the vet. she had parasites and stomach infections. clearly, she was not being watched or cared for and must have been eating something she wasn't supposed to-- i don't even know. but it was scary. i thought i was going to lose the puppy i'd just gotten and it was heartbreaking to see her like this.
all in all, you guys did not take good care of my dog at all. she is scared all the time, and when i take her out for walks she acts like she's never been outside before in her life! and she is alredy 16 weeks old.
i am so happy to have her, but for the price i paid, i did NOT get the puppy i asked for. i am so glad i got her though because clearly she was not in a good environment before and i am so happy i can provide a better home for her now.
overall, if you want a puppy from a breeder, do not get one through here. they make you pay ridiculous amounts just to treat the animals like garbage. if it was up to me, yall would be shut down. i am so displeased and i feel guilty for putting money into this company and keeping a business like this running.

We are so sorry to hear about your puppy's condition upon arrival. That is certainly not our standard of care or delivery. It is true that sometimes the travel journey can result in a puppy arriving with matted fur and not perfectly clean, but your experience sounds like an extreme situation. We will speak with both the breeder and the deliver team to understand why our protocols were not followed. We'd also like to confirm that the images sent to you were in fact the puppy you purchased, and would ask that you call so we can get the information we need. Regretfully her arriving with a parasite and upset stomach is a common condition for puppies and easily treatable. It's in part why we created the 10 Year Health Commitment to be able to provide new owners with a window of early financial support should a puppy need veteranarian care. Lastly, her nervous disposition is also a common condition of puppies and one that can be offset over time with more socialization and training. Most importantly we are genuinely sorry that your experience was not what you expected. Our goal is 100% happy customers and 100% happy puppies. Puppy spot was so amazing & they made this experience seamless. Communication was stellar throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend using their service if you are looking for a particular dog. They also offer drop off service which was a great solution to getting our new pup safely to us.

Great experience

Exceptional in every way. We bought two puppies. They were obviously well cared for. The transportation service was excellent. The puppies arrived safe and sound and very happy and spotlessly clean. Everyone communicated along the way and did exactly what they said they would do! I can’t recommend them enough.

You were easy to contact and answered all our questions. You kept us up to date all the way through the process, and the schedules and updates were correct. The puppy pickup point was very convenient for us, the next town over, instead of a distant airport. Also, Genny was too young and small to handle the rigors of air travel. The delivery crew was excellent. The puppies were well cared for during their trip. They provided perfect information for the exact pickup point. The puppy transfer was quick and easy. All the papers were in good order. We could tell that Genny had been well raised and cared for. She is healthy. She is friendly and already knew several words, such as potty, come, and good dog. She knew how to use potty papers. She is comfortable in the car, perhaps due to her trip.

Got our new family members last night. Joseph and Joshua our golden retriever were delivered to us in great shape and very clean. It was a great pleasure meeting Mark and Skyler.
