First of all, my family's new pup is an absolute dream. He is so clearly a well-bred pup who was taken care of from birth. The vet even commented that she'd never seen a puppy in such great health with all records complete! My drivers, Nathan + Gary, who did ground transport, were fantastic. Communication from them was more than as promised and it was a totally seamless exchange. Leading up to the delivery was rough, though. I was told transport would be coordinated within a week or so and it moved like mud. Plus, when I called to inquire about the status I got a very generic response. I wish I could've gotten more photos, videos, updates - anything - about the dog during that time. From the time of purchase to a few days before delivery there was just nothing and it dragged on. Overall, I would purchase from PuppySpot again but know that if I elect the ground transportation I will go into an unknown purgatory for weeks. That's my only gripe and nothing is perfect besides this dog!
