My Experience Was Top-Notch!
The company was very informative with each step of the process.They answered my emails promptly. Their delivery of my puppy from Missouri to NE PA went just as they said. My puppy arrived on time. He has been a joy; I’ve had much laughing watching him with his toys. The company also sent a box with bed, blanket, leash, collar, toys etc

You’ve got everything covered
You’ve got everything covered. The transportation was perfect. Just took our little guy to the vet and all vaccinations, chip and health records were in order. Already registered with AKC. Still considering insurance. You made things real easy.

Everything was well-planned!
Everything was well-orchestrated and went as planned! And we got a wonderful little puppy! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because I have sent two questions via email that have gone unanswered, one to the salesperson and one from the form on the PuppySpot web site. It’s as if, once my money was collected, I wasn’t important anymore.

Wonderful experience with the whole process.
We had a wonderful experience with PuppySpot while finding our new French Bulldog Fur Baby. The process was smooth, straightforward and communication was clear as to next steps the entire time. We had our baby transported via ground transportation and we could not be happier with the professionalism and communication of the pet transport company. Will definately use PuppySpot again when needed.

Everyone was very helpful and always…
Everyone was very helpful and always eager to answer all my questions, every step of the way. Very informative and nice interactions with everyone I spoke to. Best customer service I have received in years! I’ve never adopted a puppy before and the process was explained to me with what to expect how to prepare and what to do next.

Right from the beginning to the very…
Right from the beginning to the very end of the drop off, everyone was absolutely wonderful! Information given throughout the process was great and helpful. Would definitely recommend and purchase another puppy from this site…
