This is our second time getting a puppy from puppy spot. We love both of our new dogs and working with puppy spot was an amazing experience both times.

I was originally told that I would have the dog delivered to me on Aug 25th or within that week. Then was told Sept 2nd, then was told that was a typo, and would be Sept 9th. Nobody responded to my texts or emails about why it was taking longer, and I had to call to find out since nobody was responding to me. When the puppy arrived to me finally, she was extremely skinny! Skin and bones, and super dirty. She had scabs all over her body and had a huge rash all over her belly. I would never recommend this company to anyone... This was an awful experience.

We understand your concerns regarding the delays in your puppy’s delivery and the condition in which she arrived. This does not meet the standards we expect for our puppies or the experience we aim to provide. Our Puppy Care Specialist team will be reaching out to you directly to address your concerns and ensure your puppy receives the appropriate care. We will also be reviewing this situation with the breeder and transport team to ensure this is thoroughly addressed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope your pup is feeling better soon!

Chuck the delivery driver was great! I’d give him 5 stars alone. He was very clear with instructions, on time, and got us our puppies quickly. The dog smelled so clean and good when we picked him up which was surprising due to the long drive. :) It was very easy to reach somebody when I was trying to buy the puppy, but once I already bought him, it was harder to get ahold of somebody for questions. Also, they guarantee a 10 year health commitment, but do not mention that you have to pay for their insurance and get the dog neutered in order for it to be effective. That was a bummer. Insurance was almost $100 through them which I can find cheaper, elsewhere.

We appreciate your kind words about Chuck. It's wonderful to hear that he provided such a positive experience for you. We strive to ensure our delivery drivers are professional and courteous, and we're glad Chuck exceeded your expectations. We understand your frustration regarding the communication after your purchase. We're always working to improve our customer service and will take your feedback into consideration. We also acknowledge your concern about the 10-year health commitment. We want to ensure our customers have a clear understanding of our policies. We'll review our communication regarding the insurance and neutering requirements to ensure they are transparent and readily available.
