Second purchase
Easy use of website. So pleased with our experience using puppyspot.com that this is our second time getting a puppy from here. Great delivery experience. Only problem was he arrived with wrong paperwork.

I would have liked to have been able to…
I would have liked to have been able to receive more information about the puppy prior to receiving him. For example, how often he was fed, potty habits, sensitivity to any particular sounds or items. I resented the pressure that was attempted to put on me to buy health insurance, telling me that I HAD to buy it. The travel cost was too high.

NO PUPPY MILL GUARANTEE... Hmmm?
I got my puppy from puppyspot. The no puppy mill guarantee sealed the deal. I got a sheepadoodle F1 standard. When we got her and she had Giardia. Got that treated. Loved her with my entire being. At 2 1/2 years she got sick. After thousands of dollars in hospital vets, ER visits, neurologist, etc. She was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and megaesophagus. We went through hell for about 6 months of caring for my beautiful baby but she crossed the rainbow bridge. Those medical conditions are not common in a sheepadoodle. I really wonder how much they really look at the breeder and ensure they are reputable and not puppy mills? I will never ever risk buying from puppy spot again. Better to go to a reputable breeder where you can see the conditions. Puppyspot won't allow you to talk to the breeder. They are too worried about keeping their premium price for higher profits. It took me 1 year since her death to write this as I am still so heartbroken.

GREAT EXPERIENCE ♥️
PuppySpot made it so easy to get my beloved puppy!! From the first phone call, all the way down to the dropping off of my puppy, everything went amazing and easy. I thank Paul for helping me get my puppy. And Dallas & Travis (I hope that was his name) for the great drop off. I LOVE MY LITTLE PUPPY🐶🐾

Puppy spot is a very caring company
I am submitting this communique as an updated review to the one I posted when Horton first arrived. My initial review was not very complimentary to puppyspot but the people there have changed my mind. Upon reading my initial review they were appalled at what I described and reached out to me immediately to see what they could do. I have had calls from them too! I just spoke with Heather and she was very concerned about Horton and my experience. I commend the people at puppy spot for their concern about Horton and about me. Horton is the sweetest cutest thing on 4 legs❤️

The people to whom I spoke were helpful…
The people to whom I spoke were helpful and responsive. I asked for pictures of the sire and dam and got them within minutes. The first one we purchased was unable to be delivered because she did not pass the vet exam, which was a disappointment, but we understand. We are thrilled with our new puppy. The delivery was on time and the guy was easy to find
